LMS seeks long-term business relationships with customers, to make sure you get your money’s worth. We don’t try to compete with so-called fly-by-night operations who promise unrealistically low charges, as they always fail in the end. |

What are the most reasonable common causes of delays in remittance? |

Inaccurate information is one cause, as Philippine banks can be very exacting and will reject remittance for seemingly minor discrepancies. Other causes are bad weather, or when banks experience system failure (i.e. go off-line). |

Why must we provide proof of identification, etcetera? |

This is for your safety and security, as we have to strictly comply with Philippine & UK Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Also, it’s the Law. |

Why are there additional charges for cash deposits? |
| |
Nowadays the banking industry rarely deals in hard cash, and when they do so they typically charge business-account holders 55 pence/£100 & 75 pence manual crediting fee. Some of these costs go to the Bank of England, who in turn charge our high street banks. |
